Cancellation Policy: To avoid penalties, all booked appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Payment
Noonday Counseling accepts all forms of payment for services: cash, check, and Visa/Mastercard. Prices start at $180/hour. For more information on fees, feel free to contact us.
In-Network paneled insurance currently accepted for clients residing in the state of Oregon: Pacific Source, Providence, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, and OHP. To determine if insurance is an option, clients will need to check first with their insurance company about mental health benefits including co-pays, deductibles, and limits. Please do the legwork necessary to determine whether Becky Joyce, LCSW is an in-network provider in your network prior to your first visit. If you are located outside of Oregon, you will be responsible to pay out of pocket for services.
Paperwork
New clients will be sent paperwork to fill out prior to the first counseling appointment. All paperwork is electronic and will be sent and received through the Client Portal, accessed here. If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, please let us know and we can send you paperwork to fill out.
